Mission

C&R Hospitality Services is involved managing the interior works at the construction site. Their task consists advising, controlling and supervising contracted parties on behalf of Schiphol Hotel Property Company being a member of the SHPC project team. This extremely advanced project is characterized by its organizational approach; the main contractor is fully responsible for the construction until the final handover to SHPC/Hilton in a turnkey contract.

The Hotel

This 43.150 sqm 5 star hotel is being built next to the “old” Hilton and will replace the old hotel after its delivery. It houses 433 rooms & suites with a high quality finish, all located around its 10 story high impressive inner atrium.

Public Areas

The meeting facilities consist of 23 meeting rooms, and a ballroom with the newest AV facilitating equipment. The F&B concepts are served in a restaurant, a wine bar and the many lounge areas. The hotel also has a spa and wellness and has its own parking garage.
