The real estate owner of a former state-lottery office was reconstructing it to a Mövenpick hotel, when Accor Hotels acquired all of Mövenpick’s hotels worldwide. 

It was then, that the question from Accor’s head-quarters in Paris came for CRHS; to lead and manage this project in The Netherlands as a owners representative until final delivery to the hotel operation. 

This meant the guidance and supervision over all technical and esthetical matters. From managing carpentry and meeting necessary requirements to installing air ventilation systems, until the very opening
