Quality control

During the fit-out of your property, especially if it is demographic far away, you want to be informed about the results of the new fit-out. Is the design being followed, is the contractor using the correct materials and installing it in the correct way, are Fire Safety measures being installed and above all; are they on time? C&R Hospitality Services has done many projects and knows where the pitfalls are, has a high knowledge of the construction process and has a good view on cost versus progress. You want to have the right quality and you do not want to pre-finance the project by paying for materials which are not even on site yet.  

Handover Procedures

The construction/renovation process has been very difficult and you want to ensure the quality of your product or having the correct Technical handover. O good and well-coordinated handover cost a lot of time and needs to be done by a construction professional who knows the Business. Based upon the design and the Brand Standards of your Company the professional conducts this inspection keeping lists of all shortcomings. These so called “snagging lists” are important for warranty issues but also to point out contractual deviations. We use an intensive procedure and extensive snagging lists to administrate a proper handover to support you in your contractual obligations or interest.
