For many meat lover from all over the world the Mid Town Grill restaurant was already well known. Marriott Hotel Amsterdam decided to renovate the complete kitchen and restaurant. 

The challenging part was that this area used for breakfast, lunch and diner could only close for twon months. 

CRHS did already the project management for the successfully room renovation of more than 400 rooms in 2015 and 2016. 

CRHS was responsible for the total project management of restaurant & kitchen. 

After an intense preparation project we’ve started with demolition Saturday the 29^th of June and finished the 31^st of August with a 100% functional kitchen and a total new restaurant.
