This well-known fast food restaurant chain from Spain wished to expand by starting a lot more restaurants worldwide. CRHS was hired especially to do the project management for the European market. CRHS started with a brand new location on the Zimmerstrasse (close to checkpoint Charlie) in Berlin. This experience started in close corporation with architect/designer TANK which had already designed many other Wok to Walks and created a highly detailed brand book. 

We were contracted directly by the German license holder of Wok to Walk. 

The location was situated in a brand new office building which was under construction. 

CRHS did the handover and we received a concrete casco building. Total engineering & project management of HVAC, Fire, life & Safety, kitchen exhaust, kitchen, bars and storage is done. Due to the highly over heated construction market in Berlin we found a Dutch construction team including HVAC for the total project. After a smooth construction process the land lord wasn’t ready and the necessarily connections of electrical, gas, sewage and IT were not ready as agreed.

After six months of waiting we could finish the restaurant and celebrate the successful opening.
