Mission

For our Client The Hoxton Amterdam B.V. and Aedes Real Estate B.V. , Construction & Real Estate Hospitality Services B.V. managed the installation of Fixed Furniture & Equipment logistic and handover the rooms to the hotel operator. Aedes Real Estate developed this new Hoxton Hotel. This development included the transition of the old Rembrand Classic Hotel location at the Herengracht/Singel into the brand new The Hoxton Hotel.

The Brand

The Hoxton started doing things differently back in 2006, when they opened the doors of The Hoxton, Shoreditch in East London. They took away things that irritated people in traditional hotels, like expensive mini-bars, water and WiFi, and gave them what they wanted at an affordable price. The second hotel, The Hoxton, Holborn opened in 2014, followed by The Hoxton, Amsterdam in 2015, with Williamsburg and Paris up next.

The hotel

Made up of 5 canal houses The Hoxton, Amsterdam is located on both Herengracht and Singel canals. The hotel has 111 rooms, restaurant, Lotti’s, mezzanine bar, Up Top and The Apartment, meetings and events space.
